Cada opera\u00e7\u00e3o durou cerca de duas horas, tempo suficiente para os agentes flagrarem nove motociclistas sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o, 11 que conduziam motocicletas com escapamento alterado, al\u00e9m de quatro condutores alcoolizados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 muito importante para trazer sossego \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o, que sofre com os altos ru\u00eddos provocados por motocicletas que circulam com o escapamento alterado, al\u00e9m de combater a polui\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental. Nos casos em que o motociclista retira o silenciador do escapamento, o sistema de filtragem do ar tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 prejudicado, liberando os gases poluentes diretamente para a atmosfera\u201d, destaca o diretor de Policiamento e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Tr\u00e2nsito, Clever de Farias Silva.<\/p>\n<p>As opera\u00e7\u00f5es ocorreram na segunda-feira (24), das 21h \u00e0s 23h, no Parano\u00e1; na madrugada de ter\u00e7a-feira (25), das 0h \u00e0s 2h, na Ceil\u00e2ndia; e na quarta-feira (26), das 19h30 \u00e0s 21h, em Santa Maria. Ao todo, nove motocicletas foram removidas ao dep\u00f3sito da autarquia.\u00a0 As opera\u00e7\u00f5es contaram com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Infra\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conduzir ve\u00edculo com descarga livre ou silenciador de motor de explos\u00e3o defeituoso, deficiente ou inoperante, \u00e9 infra\u00e7\u00e3o grave, prevista no inciso XI do artigo 230 do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro, penalizada com multa de R$ 195,23 e cinco pontos na Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, o agente de tr\u00e2nsito faz o recolhimento virtual do CRLV-e e d\u00e1 um prazo para que o problema seja sanado.
