O pa\u00eds possui o pior \u00edndice de qualidade das estradas (2,9) e o pior n\u00edvel de congestionamento (37%) dentre todos os pa\u00edses. Al\u00e9m disso, o \u00edndice de mortalidade \u00e9 um dos mais altos (12). Ao combinar estes tr\u00eas fatores, faz com que o pa\u00eds se torne o l\u00edder do ranking.<\/p>\n<p>O Brasil segue em segundo da lista, principalmente pela baixa qualidade das estradas (3,1) e pelo alto n\u00edvel de mortalidade no tr\u00e2nsito (16,0 a cada 100.000 pessoas).
