A escolha do Ministro do Supremo \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m pol\u00edtica, e como pol\u00edtica relacionada ao judici\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o basta ser apenas legal, tem que parecer ser Justi\u00e7a.
