O processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o para amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do Aterro Sanit\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia recebeu aval positivo do\u00a0Tribunal de Contas do Distrito Federal (TCDF)<\/a>. A determina\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada nesta segunda-feira (6\/3) e obriga o\u00a0Servi\u00e7o de Limpeza Urbana (SLU)<\/a> a corrigir pontos do edital antes de prosseguir para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa respons\u00e1vel pelas obras.<\/p>\n

Localizado em\u00a0Samambaia, pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 Esta\u00e7\u00e3o de Tratamento de Esgoto Melchior, o aterro receber\u00e1, nas etapas 3 e 4, a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de uma \u00e1rea da disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos e a conclus\u00e3o das obras.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o TCDF, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o SLU realize a inser\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o de escava\u00e7\u00e3o, carga e transporte de material para repor o volume de solo que ser\u00e1 perdido no servi\u00e7o de remo\u00e7\u00e3o da camada de cobertura di\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

O custo para as corre\u00e7\u00f5es representa cerca de 1% do or\u00e7amento total, atualmente estimado em R$ 159 milh\u00f5es. A Corte tamb\u00e9m apontou ind\u00edcios de sobrepre\u00e7o de cerca de R$ 48 milh\u00f5es no edital.<\/p>\n

Sobre a obra<\/h4>\n

O plano de avan\u00e7o para implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o das Etapas 3 e 4 dar\u00e1 sequ\u00eancia \u00e0 Etapas 1, j\u00e1 executada, e \u00e0 Etapa 2, atualmente em opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A Etapa 3 ser\u00e1 implantada em \u00e1rea adjacente \u00e0 \u00e1rea da Etapa 2, com capacidade de disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 1,47 milh\u00f5es de m\u00b3 de res\u00edduos.<\/p>\n
