Os integrantes da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Magistrados do Distrito Federal e Territ\u00f3rios (Amagis-DF) escolheram um novo presidente. Liderada pelo juiz do\u00a0Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Distrito Federal e Territ\u00f3rios (TJDFT)<\/a> Carlos Alberto Martins Filho, a chapa Gest\u00e3o e Prerrogativas venceu as elei\u00e7\u00f5es para o comando da entidade, e o magistrado continuar\u00e1 na fun\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 2024.<\/p>\n

Carlos Alberto Martins Filho<\/a>\u00a0ocupava a presid\u00eancia da Amagis-DF desde maio \u00faltimo. A chapa liderada por ele era a \u00fanica concorrente no pleito e recebeu amplo apoio da magistratura. A posse da nova diretoria est\u00e1 marcada para 10 de dezembro.<\/p>\n

A vota\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu por sobrecarta, pela internet e presencialmente. A chapa de Carlos Alberto Martins Filho recebeu 232 votos \u2014 207 deles pela internet e 25 por c\u00e9dula. Houve, ainda, c\u00f4mputo de nove votos em branco.<\/p>\n

Magistrado h\u00e1 26 anos, o presidente reeleito da Amagis-DF exerce cargo de juiz de direito de turma recursal, atualmente, mas tamb\u00e9m atuou como juiz assistente da Presid\u00eancia do TJDFT, na gest\u00e3o do\u00a0desembargador Mario Machado<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos votos, Carlos Alberto agradeceu a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos associados, o apoio da comiss\u00e3o eleitoral, al\u00e9m dos integrantes da chapa, e afirmou que a diretoria trabalhar\u00e1 pelas prerrogativas da magistratura e lutar\u00e1 pelo fortalecimento da classe.<\/p>\n
