O prazo para regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas inadimplentes com a\u00a0Receita do Distrito Federal\u00a0termina nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (25\/10). As empresas devem resolver as pend\u00eancias para evitar que sejam exclu\u00eddas do regime especial de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel consultar os d\u00e9bitos pelo\u00a0Portal de Servi\u00e7os da Receita<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Em 5 de outubro, a Secretaria de Fazenda (Sefaz) enviou comunicados para as 18.133 empresas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular. O comunicado oficial enviado eletronicamente pelo sistema de Domic\u00edlio Fiscal Eletr\u00f4nico (DFe) pode ser acessado pela \u00e1rea restrita do\u00a0Agencianet<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

O valor acumulado em d\u00e9bitos chega a R$ 72,9 milh\u00f5es. As principais d\u00edvidas s\u00e3o referentes ao Imposto sobre a Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os (ICMS), ao Imposto sobre a Propriedade de Ve\u00edculos Automotores (IPVA) e multas aplicadas pela Secretaria de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o da Ordem Urban\u00edstica (DF Legal).<\/p>\n

O procedimento de exclus\u00e3o do Simples Nacional ocorre anualmente. No entanto, devido aos impactos econ\u00f4micos decorrentes da pandemia de covid-19, a Secretaria de Economia do Distrito Federal n\u00e3o fez desenquadramentos nos exerc\u00edcios de 2020, 2021 e 2022.<\/p>\n
