O\u00a0Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF)<\/a>\u00a0foi \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a cobrar que o\u00a0Governo do Distrito Federal (GDF)<\/a>\u00a0restabele\u00e7a o funcionamento integral do\u00a0Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia (Samu)<\/a>. As atividades est\u00e3o parcialmente suspensas desde 2015, ap\u00f3s a Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU) constatar, em uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, irregularidades na gest\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Desde ent\u00e3o, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade interrompeu o repasse de recursos federais da Uni\u00e3o, porque o GDF ainda n\u00e3o adotou nenhuma medida a fim de regularizar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o. Na a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica enviada \u00e0 3\u00aa Vara Federal C\u00edvel da Justi\u00e7a, o MPF pede concess\u00e3o de liminar, sob pena de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa \u00e0 Secretaria de Sa\u00fade do Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n

O procurador respons\u00e1vel pela a\u00e7\u00e3o, Pablo Coutinho Barreto, destaca que o Samu apresenta-se como o principal componente da Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s Urg\u00eancias Explica ainda que o Servi\u00e7o tem como finalidade proteger a vida das pessoas e garantir a qualidade no atendimento no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS).<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7aram com a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de um inqu\u00e9rito, em 2018, para apurar irregularidades na gest\u00e3o dos recursos destinados \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os do Samu no DF. Em outubro de 2017, uma jovem veio a \u00f3bito na capital federal pela falta dos equipamentos necess\u00e1rios para o seu atendimento em uma viatura da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Em 2015, a CGU realizou uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e recomendou que o GDF adotasse medidas para regularizar uma s\u00e9rie de inconsist\u00eancias. Desde ent\u00e3o, segundo o MPF, o governo do local se omitiu ao n\u00e3o adotar nenhuma provid\u00eancia solicitada pela Controladoria.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s esgotadas todas as vias administrativas, em maio de 2016, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade suspendeu o repasse no valor de R$ 875 mil para o custeio do Servi\u00e7o no DF. Com a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da transfer\u00eancia dos recursos federais, sete das 60 unidades m\u00f3veis do Servi\u00e7o pararam de funcionar.<\/p>\n
