Al\u00e9m de inovador e grandioso, o T\u00fanel de Taguatinga tem caracter\u00edsticas sustent\u00e1veis. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o vai reutilizar a terra obtida na escava\u00e7\u00e3o invertida para o reaterro de todas as lajes e para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do boulevard, por onde devem passar os \u00f4nibus e o BRT. Conforme o projeto, ser\u00e3o reaproveitados 47% do total escavado \u2013 ou seja, 74.088 m\u00b3 de 155.261 m\u00b3.<\/p>\n

O restante do material ser\u00e1 usado em outras obras executadas pelo Governo do Distrito Federal. O secret\u00e1rio de Obras e Infraestrutura, Luciano Carvalho, explica que o material pode ser utilizado em a\u00e7\u00f5es de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de vias urbanas, al\u00e9m de tratamentos de eros\u00f5es. \u201cInterven\u00e7\u00f5es vi\u00e1rias de interesse do governo, que beneficiem a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, podem usar essa terra. De acordo com o subsecret\u00e1rio de Acompanhamento Ambiental e Pol\u00edticas de Saneamento da pasta, Aldo Fernandes, a terra remanescente do T\u00fanel ser\u00e1 suficiente para manter a execu\u00e7\u00e3o vi\u00e1ria distrital por dois anos. \u201cN\u00e3o teremos que escavar nenhum lugar novo por muito tempo. Isso, ambientalmente, \u00e9 muito bacana. Porque voc\u00ea n\u00e3o vai ficar com a terra depositada, nem vai jogar em qualquer lugar\u201d, revela Fernandes.<\/p>\n

Para ter acesso ao material, as pastas do GDF precisam pedir \u00e0 Secretaria de Obras e Infraestrutura, por meio do sistema de doa\u00e7\u00e3o de solo escavado. A terra dispon\u00edvel para reuso est\u00e1 sendo armazenada no 3\u00b0 Distrito do Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem do Distrito Federal (DER-DF).<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 as toneladas que ser\u00e3o destinadas a etapas da obra do T\u00fanel de Taguatinga ficam armazenadas dentro do canteiro de obras, para facilitar o transporte. \u201c\u00c9 outra forma de economizar porque n\u00e3o temos que promover deslocamentos para buscar a terra para o uso na obra, est\u00e1 a f\u00e1cil alcance\u201d, salienta o secret\u00e1rio de Obras e Infraestrutura.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, segundo o subsecret\u00e1rio de Acompanhamento Ambiental e Pol\u00edticas de Saneamento, a qualidade da terra obtida pela escava\u00e7\u00e3o invertida pode ser considerada superior a outras. \u201cEstamos dando prioridade a essa terra para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura porque n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m tra\u00e7os de entulho, metais\u201d, explica Fernandes.<\/p>\n

A escava\u00e7\u00e3o invertida, em resumo, significa retirar a terra do t\u00fanel, em etapas, e colocar em outro local, para uso posterior. At\u00e9 a segunda semana de maio deste ano, foram escavados, de forma invertida, 39.727 m\u00b3.<\/p>\n
