A\u00a0Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional do Distrito Federal (Codhab-DF)<\/a> divulgou, nesta segunda-feira (28\/3), listas de moradores do Recanto das Emas e de Samambaia habilitados para o procedimento de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria.<\/h5>\n

A habilita\u00e7\u00e3o contempla ocupantes convocados pela Codhab que entregaram a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria e, ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise, se encontram aptos a participar do procedimento.<\/h5>\n

\u201cAntigamente, n\u00e3o havia essa cultura da regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, mas, agora, temos um projeto amplo para isso, o Regulariza-DF\u201d, ressalta o presidente da Codhab, Wellington Luiz. \u201cA nossa inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 entregar, nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas anos, 150 mil escrituras, e esses processos j\u00e1 est\u00e3o em andamento.\u201d<\/p>\n
