Pais ou respons\u00e1veis agora podem usar o benef\u00edcio como complemento do valor da mensalidade<\/p>\n

Lan\u00e7ado por decreto do governador Ibaneis Rocha em fevereiro de 2020, o programa Cart\u00e3o Creche transformou-se em Lei Distrital (n\u00ba 7.064\/2022<\/a>), ao ser sancionado nesta quarta-feira (12). H\u00e1 uma grande novidade nas regras: a partir de agora, as fam\u00edlias beneficiadas podem usar o valor de R$ 803,57 entregue pelo GDF e completar do pr\u00f3prio bolso a mensalidade cobrada pela creche.<\/p>\n

At\u00e9 ent\u00e3o, as regras do Cart\u00e3o Creche proibiam esse tipo de arranjo. Assim, a mensalidade cobrada pela creche credenciada n\u00e3o podia ser maior do que R$ 803,57. Por isso, muitas creches simplesmente n\u00e3o aderiram ao programa \u2013 foram 45 nos 23 meses desde o in\u00edcio do programa.<\/p>\n

A flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da regra, em tese, vai atrair mais creches e ampliar o n\u00famero de vagas oferecidas no Cart\u00e3o Creche. Atualmente, essa modalidade de financiamento atende 4.521 crian\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

A Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o vem perseguindo a meta de zerar a fila de espera por creche no DF. Hoje, h\u00e1 aproximadamente 12 mil crian\u00e7as de zero a tr\u00eas anos a espera de uma vaga na rede p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde quando foi iniciado, o benef\u00edcio tem contribu\u00eddo para reduzir a fila de espera por vagas nas creches. \u00c9 uma a\u00e7\u00e3o muito importante para atender a demanda desta faixa et\u00e1ria<\/em>\u201d, pontuou a chefe da Unidade de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Supervis\u00e3o da Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Claudia Rachid.<\/p>\n

A estrutura da educa\u00e7\u00e3o infantil no DF \u00e9 formada por 59 Centros de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da Primeira Inf\u00e2ncia (CEPIs) e 64 creches conveniadas. Neles, s\u00e3o atendidas 11.541 crian\u00e7as entre zero e tr\u00eas anos, que \u00e9 o p\u00fablico do Cart\u00e3o Creche.<\/p>\n

Em 2019, a fila de espera por creche no DF era de aproximadamente 20 mil crian\u00e7as, o que significa uma queda de 40% desde ent\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m do Cart\u00e3o Creche, foram constru\u00eddas e inauguradas sete creches \u2014 quatro em Samambaia, uma em Ceil\u00e2ndia, uma no Lago Norte e outra no Sol Nascente\/P\u00f4r do Sol. O investimento foi de R$ 20 milh\u00f5es nestas unidades.<\/p>\n

Para 2022, est\u00e1 prevista a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o de mais onze CEPIs.<\/p>\n

Cart\u00e3o Creche<\/p>\n

O Cart\u00e3o Creche foi lan\u00e7ado em fevereiro de 2020 pelo governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha. Na \u00e9poca, o chefe do Executivo informou que o programa visava reduzir o d\u00e9ficit de 20 mil pedidos para vagas de creche. \u00c9 um meio eletr\u00f4nico disponibilizado para que o pagamento mensal a uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o educacional privada seja realizado pelo respons\u00e1vel legal do benefici\u00e1rio atrav\u00e9s de aux\u00edlio em cart\u00e3o magn\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n

Os benefici\u00e1rios do cart\u00e3o devem ser crian\u00e7as de 0 a 3 anos de idade inscritas no\u00a0cadastro de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de vagas das creches<\/a>\u00a0das Coordena\u00e7\u00f5es Regionais de Ensino (CRE). As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para vagas em creches podem ser realizadas por meio de contato telef\u00f4nico com a Central 156.<\/p>\n
