O autor, Daniel Donizet (PL) explica que o cadastro deve reunir, al\u00e9m dos dados de CPF e CNPJ, o tipo de san\u00e7\u00e3o, data de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e final da vig\u00eancia da puni\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da lei, que pode ser por meio de uma advert\u00eancia ou multa simples \u2013 de um a 40 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos -, essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o exclu\u00eddas do banco.<\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-272106 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ferreiranews.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/dddanimal2-300x215.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cO cadastro ser\u00e1 disponibilizado para abrigos, ONGs, protetores independentes, para que eles fa\u00e7am essa verifica\u00e7\u00e3o antes de darem um animal para uma pessoa adotar\u201d, diz o distrital. \u201cProvavelmente quem vai construir esse banco \u00e9 o Ibram, que \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por essa quest\u00e3o de maus-tratos, gerenciamento de animais.
