A agente da\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Civil do Distrito Federal (PCDF)<\/a> Rafaela Luciene Motta Ferreira, 40 anos, foi detida novamente na madrugada deste domingo (28\/11), ap\u00f3s ir at\u00e9 a casa do ex-namorado, no SOF Norte, furar os pneus do carro dele e esfaque\u00e1-lo com um canivete.<\/h5>\n

A servidora j\u00e1 havia sido presa preventivamente em agosto,\u00a0acusada pelo crime de stalking contra um antigo namorado<\/a>: ela amea\u00e7ou e chegou a ligar para ele 98 vezes no mesmo dia.<\/h5>\n
Por volta das 4h30 deste domingo (27\/11) o homem teria percebido uma movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o estranha nos arredores de casa e foi ver o que estava acontecendo. Neste momento teria flagrado Rafaela furando os pneus de seu carro, um GM Celta. Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, o homem correu atr\u00e1s da mulher e, quando ap\u00f3s cair, ela teria desferido os golpes com um canivete, nas costas da v\u00edtima, al\u00e9m de ter dado uma mordida no peito do ex namorado.<\/h5>\n
Na delegacia, a v\u00edtima disse que a autora n\u00e3o aceitou o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento e que, por isso, ele teria entrado com uma medida restritiva, a qual foi descumprida por Rafaela.<\/h5>\n
O caso foi registrado na delegacia como les\u00e3o corporal. Na DP, Rafaella assinou um termo circunstanciado de ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) e foi liberada. A v\u00edtima n\u00e3o ficou gravemente ferida.<\/h5>\n
Por meio de nota, a A PCDF informou que \u201ca autuada pertence aos quadros da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e j\u00e1 responde a Processo Administrativo Disciplinar (PAD) na Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Disciplina (CPD), a diversos procedimentos na Corregedoria Geral de Pol\u00edcia (CGP) e est\u00e1 afastada das fun\u00e7\u00f5es por licen\u00e7a m\u00e9dica. Ela teve tamb\u00e9m suas armas recolhidas e a sua restri\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 formalmente comunicada ao Ju\u00edzo\u201d.<\/h5>\n
